SOYA CHUNKS BURGER

soya chunks burger with tomato slice and omelet





























Ingredients for patties:

250 gm-Dry Soya Chunks
2 large-Boiled Potato  
2 finely chopped Onion
1 tbsp-Ginger Garlic Paste
1-tsp-Chili Powder
1 tsp-Garam masala powder
2 tsp-Chopped green chilies
2 tbsp-Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp-Chopped mint
2 tbsp-shredded cheese
Salt to taste
Oil

Preparations for Patties:

Wash and boil soya chunks, Remove from heat drained
add cold water and Squeeze excess water from soya chunks.
Use a chopper and chopped boiled soya like crumbs.
Add all the above ingredients and 
mix everything well to form smooth dough,
Divide the dough into 6 big round balls, flatten them 
and make the  patties as same as the size of the buns. 
Heat a frying pan add some oil and place 2 patties 
at a time or depends on your pan size, do not 
over crowd them and cook in slow to medium flame 
until golden brown, flip patties to another side 
add again oil and cook until golden brown.
Remove patties on kitchen tissue and 
do the same for remaining batch.
Arrange it in a plate and put it in the 
fridge for just 5 to 6 mins if you like.



















Ingredients for omelets:

3 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Preparations for omelets:

Break the 1 egg into a cup and whisk lightly. 
Whisk and add seasoning. 
Do not over beat the mixture as this will ruin the texture.
Heat the pan and add the butter. 
Tip the pan so the entire surface is coated with butter. 
Once the butter is foaming pour half of the egg.
Make the omelet as same as the size of the buns or
 little bit large than buns.
In 1 egg make 2 omelets.
Repeat the process until all the 3 eggs has done into 6 omelets.
Keep all omelet’s on hot pot for burger preparations.





















Assemble burgers:

3 buns
Garlic mayonnaise
6 Tomato slice
Butter


Assemble burgers:
  
Cut buns into two equal pieces.
Heat the pan grease little butter add the buns as cut side down. 
Toast until light browned. Transfer to a dry plate. 
Spread garlic mayonnaise (optional) on buns.
Place tomato slice, Patties, omelets and bun on tops.

  Ingredients.... 3 Plantains 1 cup Soya chunks 2 tbsp Besan 1 tsp GG paste 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp aam chur powder ¼ tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder Salt to taste Oil  Few wooden Skewers Preparation.... Wash and soak soya nuggets in warm water. When it double in size, Squeeze and gently press the soya chunks between your palm to drain the excess water from it. Do this process 2 to 3 times for removing impurities if any. Put them in the grinder jar,add half of the soya nuggets at a time. Grind till small granules without using water.  Wash plantains with skin trim the tip and  stem. Boil plantains with excess water and remove the skin, cut and grind into roughly  without water. Add both nuggets granules and plantain on mixing bowl add all above spices and mix make a nice thick dough.  Keep this in refrigerator for 10 minutes.  Soak the skewers before making seekh kebbabs. Munika Saaga Kanji

Drumstick leaves Kanji1 "KANJI" the most famous and an authentic well-known odia cuisine. This recipe has been serving by Odia people since ages. Mostly villagers were store Pakhala (Fermented rice) for at least one week by exchanging it's water again and again to  preparing kanji, jaau, chala or drinking clear Torani with adding few green masalas.
