Kakra Pitha Kakara pitha is a delicious sweet dish , traditionally made out of wheat flour but later on for the change of taste and texture , substitute with "Semolina" which is quite easier than wheat flour. And both were different in taste Semolina is slightly crispy and wheat flour gives a smooth texture. It can be prepared with or without coconut stuffings.
