Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp seasoning 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3 eggs 1 tbsp milk pd. salt to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl mix all ingredients using only half of the cheese. Spread into a greased pan or similar casserole type dish and spread remaining cheese on top. Bake at for 20 minutes or until heat through and cheese is nice and melted. Serve hot. |
