1. Bitter gourd chutney
Ingredients....
2 Bittergourd
1 Chopped onion
2 Chopped green chillies
1 tsp Mustard oil
Salt
1 tsp Lemon juice
Preparations.....
Boil kerela with little water and add 2 pinch of salt to it while boiling, cover and cook until gourd fully tender and soft.
Remove, do not squeeze the excess water from it do not remove the seeds and mash it when it's hot otherwise seeds become hard.
In mortar, add mashed gourd and other above ingredients, crush it to mix well. Leave little crunchy roughly texture .
Serve as side dish or apply on roti or paratha.
